I am a French Canadian quilt-maker and textile artist living and working in South London. Growing up in Montréal, I was surrounded by arts and crafts. I learned how to sew from my mother and started experimenting with fabrics by sewing bed linens and kitchen textiles. Ten years ago I left a career in academia and took on quilting, and have been making quilts full time for the last 5 years. I create quilts that I would like to have in my own home: soft and colourful throws with pared down designs that bring calm and beauty into our chaotic and messy family life.
I work from a studio in Camberwell, in South East London. I love doing commission work and creating bespoke quilts for my clients. Do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or comments, or if would like to inquire about commissioning a quilt.
