The main fabric for this quilt is a linen-wool double gauze (Woolsey from Merchant and Mills): a top layer of fine linen invisibly stitched to a layer of wool, resulting in a cloud-like throw that will keep you warm during the long dark winter months. The design is a classic flying geese pattern made of various linens and cottons. At the back is a simple patchwork of linen.
This is a medium weight quilt and the perfect size to cover a single bed, a sofa, or drape across the end of a double bed. It will also keep you very warm.
Size: approximately 137cm x 180cm
Material: linen, cotton; cotton wadding.
Care: Hand wash or machine wash (wool cycle in cold water with gentle, non-bio soap). Dry flat.
